A heated swimming pool glowing warm at dusk

Automatic pool heat for short-term rentals

AmeniSync

AmeniSync runs your pool heater for you — on before the guests arrive, off when they don't show, and billed by the degree while they're there.

Travelling? Your pool heat is already handled.

What you get

Fewer things to worry about, and a pool that pays for itself.

Peace of mind

The pool is warm before anyone asks about it. No checking from home, no second-guessing the temperature, no worrying mid-stay.

No more back and forth

Nobody emails to ask what the pool is set to, who is allowed to change it, or whether it's okay to turn it on. The answer is already the same for everyone.

Earn on every degree

Offer warmer water and charge for it in single-degree steps. Guests choose how warm they want it; you set what each degree costs.

Never pay for heat you forgot

The heater stops when the stay ends and when the pool sits unused. No running bill left behind by a schedule nobody remembered to switch off.

The difference

Before AmeniSync, pool heat was a conversation.

Before
A guest asks if the pool can be warmer. You say yes, then forget to switch it on, then pay for a week of heat after they've checked out.
With AmeniSync
Warmth is part of the booking. The heater runs to the degree you agreed, charges follow it, and it stops the moment the stay does.

How it works

Three minutes, once.

Claiming a device is a one-time step. After that, the pool looks after itself.

  1. 01

    Scan the label

The QR code on your AmeniSync device opens the owner portal on your phone.

  2. 02

    Confirm the property

Enter your email, choose the property, and type the 8-digit PIN from the scratch-off panel.

  3. 03

    Heat takes over

Once claimed, the device follows your bookings. Nothing left to switch, nothing left to remember.

Claim your deviceYou'll need the email on your account and the label on the device.

Before you buy

Three things have to be true already.

AmeniSync does one job well, and it does it best when your pool is set up like this. Check these first.

Pentair ScreenLogic

Your pool already runs on Pentair ScreenLogic — the same system you open on your phone today. That's the system AmeniSync works with.

OwnerRez

Your reservations live in OwnerRez. Every booking gets its own guest link, and that link is where guests choose and pay for heat.

A free ethernet port on your router

The device plugs into the same router as your Pentair hub, using the cable in the kit. Wherever your router sits is where the device lives.

If all three are true, the kit will work at your property.

Also good to know

  • One kit per property. Each property gets its own device, its own prices, and its own guest links.

  • A power outlet where your router lives — the garage, the mechanical room, or a covered outdoor area.

  • A heater you already own. AmeniSync tells the heater you have when to run — it doesn't heat water by itself.

  • A bank account for payouts. Stripe's form takes a few minutes before guest payments can reach you.

When it isn't the right fit

  • Your pool equipment isn't Pentair ScreenLogic.

  • Your bookings don't run through OwnerRez.

  • You can't run an ethernet cable from your router to where the device will sit.

If any of those describe your pool, hold off on the kit. AmeniSync won't help yet, and we'd rather say so now than after the box arrives.

For guests

Guests never touch a thermostat.

Their page says what every guest wants to know: the pool is heated for the stay, and there is nothing for them to set.
